Hi everyone!

I am a part-time level 6 Psychology student and your current Social Sciences and Humanities School Officer. I am friendly and approachable, with a good sense of humour.

So, a little bit about me…I am in my thirties, I love photography, reading crime thrillers in my spare time, and animals. I have quite the menagerie at home. I am also, a huge Marvel and Harry Potter fan. I have multiple chronic health conditions, which makes me passionate about disability rights as well as support within the university. For the last 7 years, I have written a chronic illness travel blog, to help support others, and encourage them to not let their disabilities hold them back from travelling and participating in activities.

This September I will be starting my fourth year at the university. I am a part-time Psychology student, and this year I will be taking a mixture of levels. As a School Officer, I am there to support the school’s Course Reps and be your voice on campus and at the Student Council.

I am excited to start my second year as your School Officer and work toward fulfilling my manifesto points. The aim is to kick off with random acts of kindness events and the creation of a campus building map.
