Welcome to Move, the ultimate gym experience exclusively for University of Suffolk students! We're thrilled to introduce our fully refurbished gym and studio space, meticulously designed to elevate your fitness journey. Conveniently located under student accommodation Athena Hall - 3 University Ave, Ipswich IP3 0FR.

Monday to Friday - 7am to 9pm

Saturday & Sunday - 8am to 8pm

 

How do I join and book an induction?

To join simply head to riveractive.org/move  and complete steps to become a member. Once you have signed up, you'll then be able to book an induction which will take place with a member of the River Active team in the Move Gym. 

You must have had an induction at Move before being able to fully enjoy your membership. 

How much does it cost to join?

Membership is just £5 per month.

At Move, we believe in making fitness accessible to all. That's why there are no joining fees – just straightforward, affordable membership. And to kickstart your journey, enjoy face-to-face induction sessions with our qualified trainers, included with your membership. Once a membership is purchased and an induction completed, you will be issued with a gym membership card.
