Whether you're a complete beginner or experienced in sport and fitness, the class is designed to fit any ability. By the end of the hour, you will have exercised your core, cardio and strength.
This is a great class for all students and the exercises can be adjusted to suit your ability. Our welcoming instructor Tess will guide you through these fun physical activities to keep you moving and motivated.
Expect music, laughs and a whole lot of sweat! We provide the mats and venue - all you have to do is rock up with some comfy clothes and a water bottle.
The session is made more fun by the fact that we have Sport Ambassadors to support you throughout. So if you're worried about going alone or making friends, there's lots of support avaliable.
