How to book a room on campus
To book any room on campus please email email@example.com with detailed information about what you require and we will endeavour to book a room on your behalf that best fits your criteria.
Below are some of the main things to consider and information you should include:
How many students will be attending?
What day do you need the room for?
What times are the booking for? E.g, 5:30-7:00 (including set up/down time)
How often do you need the booking? (Weekly, Bi-weekly, monthly?)
What length of time will the booking last? (Sept- May? Jan- June?)
Is it at the best time for your target audience?
Will you need resources? Such as, computers, projectors, speakers, outlets, etc.
We will try to accomodate each request as best as possible but please give us as much notice as possible as rooms on campus get booked up very far in advance, especially if you require a room that isn't just your regular lecture/seminar style space.
Please note no food can be eaten in lecture theatres so it is important you think about this when deciding where you want to be.
