New Academic Feedback Box Installation

08/11/2022 - As part of your Social Sciences and Humanities School Officer Sam’s manifesto, we now have a physical academic feedback box.

Officer win academic box

As part of your Social Sciences and Humanities School Officer Sam’s manifesto, we have now installed a physical academic feedback box to complement the online feedback tool SOFiA, which is a recording tool for student feedback.

The box can be found in the Waterfront building next to the library returns box opposite student life, and is for students from any of the four schools to post feedback, both good and bad, either anonymously or you can provide a name. The box will be checked every 2 weeks and given to the relevant school officer.

Sam explains why she felt it was important to lead on this change: "As part of my manifesto, I wanted to provide a physical academic feedback box on campus. I feel this will allow more students to have a voice on campus, and hopefully empower more to speak out, as some don't feel comfortable using the current methods.”

If you would like to provide feedback on your academic journey at the University of Suffolk, please feel free to use either the new academic feedback box, or you can use the online tool SOFiA previously mentioned. Both methods are imporant, as they are there for students to utilise their voice for change, making your university experience the best it can be.

Great work Sam, making change happen for students, by students.
