Mindfulness is a method of mental training, and can be practiced anywhere. The aim is to see the world with more clarity, tenderness and peace, in the present moment.
This is a practical workshop, where you will be guided gently into discovering a relaxed peaceful space that exists at the core of who you are.
You can choose to lie down for these practices, or to sit on a chair. Your body and mind will feel refreshed and revitalised afterwards. All of what you will learn can be applied to your everyday life.
Debra Woodbridge teaches mindfulness, meditation and yoga. She is also a Reiki therapist. Originally from London, she moved to Suffolk in 2013 and has a private practice in Coastal Suffolk. She specialises in teaching people how to relax deeply, to be still, and to access their own personal space of silence and peace which is here and now.
