Zumba is the fun, dance inspired, up-beat way to keep fit.
Whether you've got all the moves or you're a complete beginner, Zumba can be tailored to your level to make sure you make the most of each session. If you normally find working out boring or too strenuous, Zumba could be the fun alternative that you've been looking for. However, don't underestimate it's efficiency; roughly 500 calories are burned in just one class!

It's made more fun by the fact that we have Sport Ambassadors to support you throughout and all backgrounds are encouraged to come.So if you're worried about going alone or making friends, there's lots of support avaliable.
