We’ve almost all heard of Yoga at some point in our lives, and for good reason. Yoga has been praised for helping you live in the present, reduce stress, sleep better and improve your concentration; all useful things for students! And on top of this, it improves your flexibility, balance and strength and can help with posture and chronic pain.

Whether you're a complete beginner or are a yoga genius, the class is designed to fit any ability. The session can be made harder or easier, meaning everyone can join in. It's made more fun by the fact that we have Social Sports Ambassadors to support you throughout and all backgrounds are encouraged to come. 

Join us every Tuesday from 16:30-17:30 at Suffolk New College Sports Centre, Room 1. If you don't know where to go, then come to the SU for 16:15 and our Social Sports Ambassador can show you the way. It costs just £1 for staff/students and £3 for members of the public. You can either pay on the tills at the SU Shop and bring your voucher along to the session, or pay at the door in cash. All you need is some comfortable, flexible clothes, the rest is provided!
