We’ve almost all heard of Yoga at some point in our lives, and for good reason. Yoga has been praised for helping you live in the present, reduce stress, sleep better and improve your concentration, all useful things for students! And on top of this, it improves your flexibility, balance and strength and can help with posture and chronic pain.

For just £1 per session for students and staff, and £3 for members of the public you can come and see this for yourself in Goals Sports Centre in the Waterfront building at 5:15 every Tuesday evening. All you need are some comfortable clothes and to show up.
