Pilates is our way of offering a strength, movement and
yoga class all in one. It has many benefits including meditative properties, flexibility, and a nice toned body. The class is aimed at everyone, even if you’ve never done it before. All you have to do is wear comfy clothes and bring a water bottle! 

Due to the relaxing nature of Pilates, it’s not a particularly taxing form of exercise, most of the time being spent laid on a mat (which will be provided for you). The session can be made harder or easier, meaning everyone can join in. It's made more fun by the fact that we have Sport Ambassadors to support you throughout. So if you're worried about going alone or making friends, there's lots of support avaliable.
