High Intensity Interval Training is one of the most effective ways to workout, instead of busting your gut for hours, HIIT will allow you to obatin the same results in a shorter period of time. For small periods of time you will workout intensely, but don't worry you get plenty of breaks. HIIT is so effective because even while you're resting your body is still burning those calories.
