HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training is one of the most effective ways to workout; instead of busting your gut for hours, HIIT will allow you to obtain the same results in a shorter period of time.

For small periods of time you will workout intensely, but don't worry you get plenty of breaks. HIIT is extremely effective because even while you're resting, your body is still burning those calories. 

Whether you're a complete beginner or have enjoyed HIIT classes before, the class is designed to fit any ability. The session can be made harder or easier and tailored to each individual to ensure everyone can join in.

It's made fun by the fact that we have Social Sports Ambassadors to support you throughout, and all backgrounds are encouraged to come. If this social session interests you, please join us on Thursday's at Suffolk New College Sports Centre, Room 2 from 5:30pm - 6:30pm. 

It costs just £1 for students/staff and £3 for members of the public. You can either pay on the tills at the SU Shop and bring your voucher along to the session, or pay at the door in cash. If you're not sure where to go, please come to the SU for 5:15pm, where on of our Social Sport Ambassadors can take you to the session.
