Fitness Classes

Our lovely instructor Tess runs two fitness classes at suffolk new college sports centre (room 2):

 

Pilates! 

On Tuesdays at 6pm-7pm 

 

Circuits!

On Thursdays at 5:30pm-6:30pm

These classes are open to all, regardless of ability. They are casual and fun, and super flexible. 

Anyone is able to attend - we have memberships for students, alumni and guests. The link to buy membership is here: Membership (uosunion.org)  however, you can attend your first sport session for free!
