Fitness Classes

Our instructor Tess runs two fitness classes at suffolk new college sports centre (room 2):

 

circuits - Tuesdays 6-7pm 

 

 

pilates - Thursdays 6-7pm

These classes are open to all, regardless of ability. They are casual and fun, and super flexible.
