Orwell Lady regularly cruises from Ipswich, along Suffolk’s River Orwell, past Pin Mill and down to the UK’s largest container port at Felixstowe, as well as the historic Port of Harwich.
A restaurant offering Breakfast, Lunch, Sunset & Candlelit Dinner Cruises for a maximum of twelve passengers on the River Orwell from Ipswich Wet Dock at the historic Ipswich Waterfront. They serve freshly-prepared fine foods, including some dishes with a South African slant, reflecting her seventy years of service in that country. The Allen Gardiner is available for your own exclusive private charter, or individuals may book independently, sharing with other passengers
Viking Mariners is a yacht Chartering and Sea school situated at the Historic Waterfront in Ipswich on the beautiful River Orwell. Their sailing yachts and powerboats are fully equipped to provide your unique adventure or cruising experience. You don’t need to be a regular or experienced sailor, as you will be on board in the safe hands of a skipper and hostess.
Simon and Keith are both fully qualified, commercially endorsed RYA Yacht master Instructors who share a passion for yacht cruising and for welcoming people into the fabulous world of sailing.
