The buffet spread will feature a scrumptious selection of dishes, including the ever-popular Ensaladilla Rusa (Russian Potato Salad - https://spanishsabores.com/ensaladilla-rusa-recipe-russian-potato-salad/), a Russian potato salad, the refreshing Ensalada Mixta, a Spanish mixed green salad (https://spanishsabores.com/easy-ensalada-mixta-recipe-spanish-mixed-green-salad/), and the delectable Tortilla de Patatas (Spanish omelette) https://spanishsabores.com/best-spanish-omelet-recipe/), a Spanish-style omelette. Additionally, guests will be able to indulge in the mouth-watering Empanadillas, small parcels of savory fillings wrapped in dough and fried. These come in four filling options: Chorizo, Meat, Chicken, and Tuna. For those who prefer a more traditional taste, the classic Spanish empanada, which originates from the Galicia region and is baked in the oven, will also be available. The filling options for the empanada include tuna and tomato sauce or vegetables. To complement the cuisine, we will be serving Sangria, and other alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
