The Students’ Union is preparing for an exciting period of change as work begins on creating a brand new SU space for our student community.
To support this project, the SU front of house and shop located in the SU Social Space will be closing from Friday 12 December. While the physical space will be unavailable, SU staff and officers will remain fully contactable.
You can continue to reach the team by emailing su@uos.ac.uk up to and including Friday 19 December, with core working hours of 10am–4pm during this time.
The Students’ Union will be fully closed for the winter break from Monday 22 December until Tuesday 6 January – we’ll then be relocating SU services to temporary spaces while the University commences building work to develop a brand new and improved Students’ Union building. These temporary locations will ensure that core SU services remain available and accessible to students throughout the transition, although things will look different, and there will be different ways of contacting us.
Further details on the temporary spaces - and updates on the exciting new SU development - will be shared in the new year.
