Another successful Reclaim the Night march

What an incredible turnout for this year’s Reclaim the Night march in Ipswich! 💜

The creativity and passion in every banner truly showed the strength of our community standing together against gender-based violence.

From the vibrant banner-making to the powerful march and candlelit vigil, every moment was a reminder that our voices matter and that change is possible.

Thank you to everyone who joined, students, local people, and allies, your energy made the streets safer and our message louder. Thank you to all those who made speeches, and to Mayor of Ipswich Cllr Stefan Long, who met us at the Town Hall to add his support to our campaign.

Look out for more in the new year from your Students' Union as we continue campaigning on the issue of safety on campus and in Ipswich. Let’s keep this movement growing! ✊✨
