Hot pod yoga (Netball)

Join Amy from Hotpod Yoga Ipswich for a free, complimentary hot pod yoga session, exclusively for UoS SU Netball members.

The session will take place at the Hotpod Yoga venue, located just 10 minutes drive from campus. Please arrange your own transport to and from the location—car sharing is encouraged, and free on-site parking is available.

All you’ll need to bring is a towel, a bottle of water, and comfortable clothing.

Important information:
The pod is heated to 37°C, so this session is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant or less than 8 weeks postpartum. If you have any medical conditions that may affect your participation, please email A.hayes6@uos.ac.uk in advance so this can be shared with Amy from Hotpod Yoga.
