Our advisers give friendly and non-judgemental advice on a range of issues to help you make the most of your student experience! The SU Advice Service is completely free for students and it's independent from the University.
You can talk to an adviser about anything and be confident that we’re listening. If there's something we can't help you with, we'll know someone else who can!  We'll take our time to explore your options with you and talk about your next steps.

The SU Advice Service is closed from Friday 19 December 2025 until Tuesday 6 January 2026 for our winter break.

During this time we will not be monitoring or responding to emails. In addition, there will be no bookable appointments during this period. We will respond to any emails sent during this closure when we reopen in January. We thank you for your patience. 

The SU Advice service requires all students requesting advice and support to complete and submit our Student Contact Form.
