Feeling stressed with uni work? The SU is here to help with a series of mindful activities designed to help you relax, connect, and recharge during this busy time.Here’s what’s coming up:

  • Coffee and Activities – Tuesday, 5th May | 1pm – 3pm
    Drop by for a casual coffee and engaging activities to help you unwind.
  • Study Groups (x2) – Thursday, 7th May | 9:30am – 3pm
    Join focused study sessions with peers to boost productivity and share support.
  • Wellbeing Walk – Friday, 8th May | 11am – 12:30pm
    Take a refreshing stroll with others to clear your mind and enjoy some fresh air.
  • Ask Me Anything – Advice Drop-In – Tuesday, 12th May | 10am – 12pm
    Have questions or need guidance? Bring them to this supportive advice session.
  • Wear It Green Day Waterfront Pop-Up – Thursday, 14th May | 10am – 1pm
    Celebrate wellbeing with a fun pop-up event by the waterfront.
  • Games Night – Thursday, 14th May | 4pm – 6pm
    Relax and have fun with games, laughter, and good company.
