SOFIA (Suffolk Online Feedback in Action)

SOFIA is an online feedback tool where you can submit feedback on anything to do with your student experience. This feedback will then be sent immediately to the right university department, and responded to as quickly as possible.

Please note: A receipt of your feedback will be emailed to the relevant university department and your course representative.

The Students’ Union and the University’s Student Experience and Engagement Team will use data from SOFIA, such as topics, to generate reports for University and Students Union staff and Officers.

If you’d rather raise the feedback with your course rep only, you can find them on our course rep page.

Or if you want to raise an issue that relates to a formal complaint, academic appeal, or individual welfare issues, please email su.advice@uos.ac.uk for independent, impartial and confidential advice.
