Welcome to the UOS Pole Society!

We believe that pole is a fun way to increase fitness, gain self-confidence, learn new skills, and make new friends! We aim to promote inclusivity and body positivity, and are open to everyone!

We meet on Sundays between 5-7pm at Spin and Flow studio (IP2 8JX).
