We'd like to say a big thank you to all our Suffolk SU Connect partners, who are working with us to make it easier for students to benefit from links in the local area.
This summer we started talking to businesses, charities and community organisations across Suffolk about a simple idea: helping students feel more connected to the place they study while creating stronger links between the Students' Union and the wider community. Our Suffolk SU Connect scheme aims to make it easier for students to engage with these places beyond campus, so that they can make a positive contribution to local life.
We now have a number of Elite Partners and Community Partners who share that ambition. They recognise the value that students bring to our communities and are keen to play a role in creating opportunities, building connections and helping students make the most of their time here. These partnerships are just the beginning. We're continuing conversations with organisations across the county and are excited about growing a network that benefits students, partners and communities alike.
