Fancy trying something a little different? Come along to our free Give It a Go pole session and learn some fun beginner-friendly moves, including mermaid spins and step-arounds!
With support from our amazing instructor Lucy, you’ll be guided through everything step-by-step. It is an inclusive environment with all sizes, abilities and experience levels are welcome – no previous pole experience or strength needed!
