Our advisers give friendly and non-judgemental advice on a range of issues to help you make the most of your student experience! The SU Advice Service is completely free for students and it's independent from the University.
You can talk to an adviser about anything and be confident that we’re listening. If there's something we can't help you with, we'll know someone else who can!  We'll take our time to explore your options with you and talk about your next steps.

 

The SU Advice service requires all students requesting advice and support to complete and submit our Student Contact Form.

If you do not require an appointment, but would like advice via email, a member of the team will be in touch with you within five working days.

Due to staff availability, over the summer we will be operating a triage system for SU Advice appointments. If you require an appointment, after completing a student contact form, please email su.advice@uos.ac.uk and a team member will email you with the next available appointment.
