Our academic advisers Claire and Charlotte are running Zoom drop-in sessions to ensure getting advice is accessible as possible. Whether you are after some general advice or you have a specific question, we would love for you to join us!
How can I join?
To join the meeting, you can either use the meeting ID or follow the invitation link below. (Please note, you do NOT need a password to enter.)

Please make sure that where possible you are joining this meeting using a PC or laptop, rather than a phone.
How will these sessions work?
When you first join the meeting you will be placed into a waiting room. This is so we can speak to students individually. We aim to have short meetings lasting between 5 to 15 mintues, so please don't be worried if you are sat in the waiting room for a few minutes, we will be able to see that you are waiting to join and we will get to you as soon as possible.
If you are unable to use your camera, no worries. The most important thing is that we can hear you and you can hear us!
What can I ask?
We are here to support your student experince, so you can ask us anything that relates to this! This could be something that is more of a general query or could be more specific, for example you may be seeking support in relation to an appeal or a complaint.
