Unwind the week with a free yoga class, specifically designed to help you relax and de-stress. Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice that involves a combination of physical postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and a focus on spiritual well-being. Our experienced instructors will lead you through a variety of yoga poses and breathing exercises to help you find balance and inner peace.
