What role could you see yourself doing?

We have lots of roles available in our Officer elections. Think about what it is you'd like to achieve, what sort of issues you're passionate about, and what you'd like to get out of being an officer, and choose which role you'd like to go for based on that!

Click on the sections below to find out what's involved in each officer role.

Decided which role you're going for? You'll be able to nominate yourself on this page from February 1st!

The President roles in the SU are full-time, paid roles - if elected it would be your full time job to represent students and lead the SU! You'd also become a trustee of the SU. You'd get extensive training in your role and have a team of experienced staff to support you in achieving your manifesto.

As President Education your role would be focused on tackling academic issues that students face, aiming to improve the educational experience students have whilst at UOS. You'd work closely with our School Officers and course reps to achieve this.
